Sorbet

Sorbet began simply as flavored water but soon became a frozen treat with added fruit juices. Sorbet is most commonly made  using pureed fruit. Similar to Italian ice, sorbet is made with no ice and uses real fruit as opposed to imitation flavoring. Sorbet comes in a wide range of flavors including watermelon, banana, lemon, mango, peach, and raspberry, among others.
