Sinangag (Garlic Fried Rice)

Garlic fried rice is a favorite Filipino side dish, both because it is simple to make and because it adds flavor to any main dish. It is a common component of Filipino breakfasts and is eaten alongside a number of different Filipino dinnertime main courses. Note that the recipe requires the use of cooked rice, as raw rice would not have sufficient time to cook on the stove top.
