Ensaladang Lato (Sea Grape Salad)

Sea grape salad, known as ensaladang lato in the Philippines, is made with lato seaweed. This type of seaweed that looks like bunches of tiny green grapes, which explains its other name, sea grapes. Sea grape salad is a tangy, briny, and nutritious dish that Filipinos typically serve with grilled meat or fried seafood and steamed rice. Some top this salad with diced mango, green onions, or sliced eggs.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped

  4. Garnish with green onions and serve.
