Palacsinta are thin, delicate crepe-like Hungarian pancakes. They are unsweetened, which means they can be enjoyed either savory or sweet depending on the choice of toppings that are rolled up inside them. Traditional fillings include fruit preserves such as apricot, strawberry, or plum. Palacsinta also can be eaten alone or with savory fillings such as meat, cheese, and vegetables rolled up inside.
