Hot Crab Dip

The state of Alaska is famous for its seafood, especially salmon and a range of shellfish. This hot crab dip has always been the go-to recipe in Alaska and east coast states where crab is plentiful. This easy, creamy recipe is a perfect party appetizer anytime and anywhere. Pair with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2.  Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  3.  Stir until combined, then fold in the lump crab meat.
  4.  Place mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until heated through.
  5.  Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or tortilla chips.
